Enerquip is Pakistan’s largest Solar Water Heater importer, stockiest and service provider with thousands of installations throughout Pakistan.

What is a Solar Water Heater?

Solar water heater (SWH) convert sunlight into heat for water heating using a solar thermal collector. A variety of configurations are available at varying costs to provide solutions in different climates and latitudes. Solar Water Heaters  are widely used for residential and industrial applications. A sun-facing collector heats a working fluid that passes into a storage system for later use. The warming impact of radiation is clear and it’s standard that a container of cold water, left exposed to the sun are raised in temperature, EnerQuip’s solar water heater uses the latest technology to efficiently absorb the heat of the sun and transfer it to heat water. The Insulated Solar water heater tank will retain temperature over night. Solar water heaters are popular worldwide and are being used on mass scale in countries such as China and Turkey.

EnerQuip's Solar Electric Hybrid Water Heater

EnerQuip’s digitally controlled solar water heater is the most efficient water heater available in the market today. Utilizing solar (primary) and electric power (as back up) to heat your water. Water is heated throughout the year through the sun and the system automatically shifts to electric power in case of cloudy and/or low sun radiation days. EnerQuip’s solar water heater tank is insulated by a thick 60mm layer of polyurethane which helps it to hold temperature over night with minimum temperature loss. Our Smart Digital controller has two major functions that improve the system’s efficiency;

1) It governs the electric heating element and manages the temperature within the tank on its own.

2) It manages water inlet and fills cold water intelligently so that the overall temperature in the water tank does not drop.

EnerQuip’s Solar Electric Hybrid Water Heater vs  Stand Alone Electric water Heaters

Stand alone electric heaters are readily available in the market today, however, as they rely 100% on electric power and with sky rocketing electricity prices, they are extremely expensive to operate. Another major drawback of conventional electric water heaters is that they loose heat rapidly as they tanks are mostly not efficiently insulated. Compare that to the features available with the EnerQuip’s water heater and you will not regret your decision of installing EnerQuip’s Solar Electric Hybrid Water Heater.

EnerQuip’s Solar Electric Hybrid Water Heater vs  Natural Gas water Heaters or Geysers

Natural Gas Fired Water geysers or heaters have been the most widely used water geysers in the country since the past many decades. However natural gas is no longer a widely available resource and natural gas reservoirs of the country are fast depleting, which is why natural gas is seldom available in the winters and on top of that the government of Pakistan has banned new natural gas connections for domestic use. Apart from this, the gas geysers available in the market today are highly in-efficient as they run on the same 50-year-old technology with no provisions of tank insulation to retain water temperature and they heat water through a gas burner with burns gas on a non-stop basis which is not free.
